decarbon1ze — Energy control re-imagined
For Berlin-based energy startup decarbon1ze, Formfjord designed and developed the decarbon1zer — a compact near-device meter for managing flexible electricity consumption.
Installed inside an existing energy meter, the device can control, meter and balance electrical loads behind the house connection. The project combines a clear industrial design with the requirements of connected energy hardware and straightforward on-site installation.
