Formfjord developed the “Heinz” lamp-post charging point with ubitricity for the German market, combining EV charging technology with existing urban infrastructure.
The compact charging point mounts directly to a street lamp and enables residents to charge electric vehicles with a standard Type 2 cable close to home. Formfjord's role covered ideation, concept design, industrial design and mechanical engineering.
